The Awesome Pumpkin

Dayton, Ohio is a lovely place to raise a family, I can't say it enough. So many wonderful things to do and many of these wonderful things happen at the Metro Parks. On Thursday we went to a program called The Awesome Pumpkin at Possum Creek Farm Metro Park and it did not disappoint. Brady and his friend K listened to a story, did two crafts, played a game, ate pumpkin snacks and picked two pumpkins. ALL FREE. Oh how I will miss you, Dayton.

We got to feed Quervo, the donkey, some leftover pumpkin cookies. Rosie, the horse, wanted some too!

Isn't fall awesome?

Oh so jealous, Jenny! Ava would be loving those activities. I do really hope to be in Dayton again with young children!

What I wouldn't give to take Grace to stuff like that! Especially considering we just took her to a pumpkin patch in a casino parking lot!!! How sad...ah well, someday...

How wonderful. I can't believe how big Brady and K look. And we have only been gone for a month and a half. Why do these kids have to keep growing. I would love to keep Hannah itty bitty just to keep enjoying the awe and wonder she has when she sees or does something new.
