Case in point.
My Mom is so proud of me right now.
But when this....
is why your life looks like the first picture it really doesn't matter. All that matters is that sweet little face.
And on that note, I should go cuddle that sweet little face. Or maybe clean up a little. We do have company coming tomorrow....

Jenny, I often get so used to the clutter that I don't even see it. But then when I step back and take a look (like you did in your picture) I can do nothing else but laugh.
Growing up my mom had a needlepoint hanging in our laundry room. It said:
Cleaning and scrubbing can wait 'til tomorrow,
For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow,
So quiet down cobwebs, dust go to sleep,
I'm rocking my baby, and babies don't keep!
To that I say AMEN!!!
This is so cute Jenny. I remember when I had 3 kids and you taught 2 of them piano I used to come to your house and think....oh how nice it would be to have a nice clean house like this where no one ever touched anything or made messes! :)
Doesn't matter what is on the counter or where the laundry is, your house OOZES coziness and charm and love!!!!!!!!!!!
hilarious---i have clutter and I only have one!!! you are doing great!
